stomach fat...

As long as you watch what you eat each day and increase the amount of exercise. Losing weight and getting a flat, firm stomach isn't really that hard....

Hi Jack,
My point is that although a certain food may reduce inflammation (positive index), which should be benefical, it may be a food that is on your 'avoid' list based on your blood type. In the inflammation free diet, Artichokes reduce inflammation and have a low range positive 25. On the blood type diet for 'B' blood type Artichokes are on the 'avoid' list. So 'B's should not use Artichokes to reduce inflammation.

The oposite may also be true. For example, the blood type diet for 'A' blood type lists chicken as 'nuetral', meaning it is neither highly beneficial nor something to avoid. In fact, it is one of the few meats D'Adamo doesn't have on the 'avoid' list for type 'A's. However, in the inflammation free diet, chicken increases inflammation and has a medium high range inflammation index of negative 116. Therefore, I would say that an 'A' blood type should ensure that they balance chicken with a lot of inflammation reducing foods such as curry (positive 378).

Back to 'B' blood types. Chicken is on their 'avoid' list so its a no brainer. See what I mean?
