The Chapter is a non-profit, volunteer organization dedicated to the promotion and enjoyment of sport/recreational aviation. We pursue this goal through a variety of educational activities
and programs for amateur aircraft builders and other aviation enthusiasts.
The Chapter holds monthly meetings the third Tuesday of the month at the Copper Canyon Cafe,
5455 Gibson SE, Albuquerque, NM. These meetings feature: presentations on many aspects of aviation, resource sharing by pilots and builders, and a friendly
get-together for members and visitors.
We hold our Annual Pot-Luck Barbeque in July and the Land of Enchantment Fly-In in September, at the Moriarty Municipal Airport (K0E0). During the year we sponsor Young Eagles Rallys at Double Eagle II Airport (KAEG), Moriarty Municipal Airport (K0E0), and Belen Alexander Airport (KE80).
