EAA 179 Mid-Valley(E98) Open Hanger Fly-In/Drive-In

Here is a chance to visit Mid-Valley(E98), Los Lunas, NM and see an array of interesting aircraft projects.  The emphasis will be on unfinished aircraft projects.  These are aircraft that won't be seen at LOEFI (at least not until they are finished).  Continuous shuttle service will take you around to the hangars you are interested in.

          Nearly antique (1983) Vari-eze (flying again)
          Straight-tail 58 Cessna 172
    Vince Lardner's Hangar
          Beautiful new hangar with apartment, Piper J3 and J5,
          3 Model-Ts, a Model-A and assorted Tail-draggers.
    Kurt Winker's Hangar (maybe, could be out of town)
          Nearly complete (beautifully done) Velocity 173 Elite, with a souped-up
          aluminum Chevy 4.3L V-6
    Dave William's Hangar (not yet confirmed)
          F1-Rocket (RV-8 on steroids) 60 %(?) complete, on its gear.
    Harold Davis' Hangar
          KIS, 2-place, O-320(150HP), 3-blade prop, 40 %(?) complete, on gear with wings
    John Dean's Hangar
          Quad City "Challenger", fast-build single-place sport-plane,
          Rotax 503 (52HP), 80 %(?) complete, much progress since last year,
          could fly this summer.
          Ultra-light "Hurricane"
    Bob Nesbitt's Hangar (not yet confirmed)
          Large hangar shop, apartment, Model-A Ford
