   Static Aircraft Displays
   Classic Cars
   US Soaring Museum Octoberfest Benefit/EAA Awards Dinner Saturday evening
   Young Eagles Rally Sunday morning

    Friday, 7 September  (EAA Volunteers Only)

      10 AM to 5:30 PM, Volunteers meet at Moriarty Municipal Airport to help
                  set up tents, tables, parking areas, food deliveries, etc. 
      6 PM, Volunteer "Cook Out"

    Saturday, 8 September

      8:00 AM, Pilot Registration
      8 AM-10AM, Breakfast—by donation, pancakes, sausage, OJ, & coffee
      8 AM-4 PM, Static Displays—Classic Cars and Aircraft open to public
      9 AM, US Southwest Soaring Museum Tour—Shuttle leaves
      9 AM to 3 PM, Aircraft Judging
      10 AM, US Southwest Soaring Museum Tour—Shuttle leaves

      10 AM-11 Noon—How Pilots can utilize the new features of
                  Lockheed Martin Flight Services System

      10 AM-3PM Commemorative Air Force (CAF) Lobo Wing - Open Hangar &
                  Ice Cream Social
      11 AM, US Southwest Soaring Museum Tour—Shuttle leaves
      11 AM-1 PM, Lunch—$5, hamburger or hot dog, chips, juice or coffee
      1 PM, US Southwest Soaring Museum Tour—Shuttle leaves
      2 PM, US Southwest Soaring Museum Tour—Shuttle leaves
      6 PM, Shuttle to Octoberfest/Awards Dinner at USSSM
      6:30 - 7:00 Octoberfest munchies, One beer (any more, may be purchased), soft drinks and water
      7:00 Octoberfest Dinner served buffet style. (cost is $45 dollars - all funds to USSSM.)
      7:30 EAA Aircraft Judging Awards
      8:00 Museum awards, Allene Lindstrom
      8:30 Speaker Ted Spitzmiller speaking on "Impact of Sputnik"
      9:30 Door prizes as modified silent auction.

    Sunday, 9 September

      7 AM, Pilot Registration
      8 AM-10AM, Breakfast—by donation, pancakes, sausage, OJ, & coffee
      8 AM-1 PM, Static Displays—Classic Cars and Aircraft open to public
      8:30 AM-12 Noon, Young Eagles Rally, (kids from 8-17 get an aircraft orientation and
                   a FREE flight!
      1 PM, clean up and tear down.

Who is Invited: Pilots, aviation entusiasts, experimental aircraft builders or restorers, classic car admirers, the general public young and old.

Driving directions: Approximately 1 mi. Southeast of Moriarty, NM. OR approximately 35 miles East of Albuquerque, NM on I-40. Take Howard Cavassos Blvd (Exit 195) South to Martinez Rd. then East  for approx. 1 mi. to George Applebay Way to access the Airport (Small parking donation requested)
