Don Gillmore, BS, RMTI, Licensed Massage Therapist, uses traditional Swedish massage combined with other modalities including Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, Deep Connective Tissue, Shiatsu, Reflexology and Trigger Point therapy to provide each client with the individual treatment required. Susan L. Kocina, Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Colorpuncture Practitioner and Equine Sports Massage Therapist, uses a holistic approach to healing in her sessions. Her massage encompasses many different modalities, as she has been trained  in Deep Tissue, Trigger Point therapy, Myofascial Release, Craniosacral, Esogetic Colorpuncture and Reiki. In her sessions she uses long, deep strokes to facilitate a very relaxing, yet energizing massage.  Her sessions blend hands on with energy work and colorpunture therapies. Susan is an accredited Tai Chi Chih instructor and has over 20 years of meditation practice. Her sessions relieve the accumulated effects that stress can have on our health and well-being. Rose Smith, Licensed Massage Therapist, is trained in a wide variety of modalities including Swedish, Sports massage with a focus on massage for training and injury rehabilitation,  Shiatsu,  Reflexology, Trigger Point therapy, Neuromuscular therapy, Postural analysis/Movement re-education, Chair Massage, Craniosacral therapy, and Polarity therapy. She is certified in Pregnancy and Postpartum massage and has taught infant massage to parents.  Rose combines a gentle and nurturing touch with her knowledge of massage to create a massage session specifically tailored to her  client's needs.  She believes that true healing comes from within the individual and works to facilitate an environment where healing can occur.  NM Lic. Lana Wheeler,  BS, Licensed Massage Therapist, has been trained in traditional Swedish Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point, Craniosacral, Polarity, Reflexology and Myofascial Release.  She incorporates intuitive energy techniques with therapeutic bodywork as needed in her sessions and is convinced that regular, deep, relaxing massage can relieve stress  and encourage a sense of well being.  Before studying massage therapy, Lana lived and traveled in South America for 10 years and speaks fluent Spanish.  Se habla espanol.   Lana is also available to facilitate The Work of Byron Katie for those who think it would serve them. Gloria Graeber, Licensed Massage Therapist, began her interest in healing at a very early, unbeknown to her, through her grandmother. The true aspects of healing through  touch and listening on all levels - spiritual, emotional, and physical were practiced daily.  Being trained in Swedish massage, deep tissue, sports, myofascial release, Reflexology, Reiki, Geriatric and Chair Massage has culminated a lifelong desire to assist and encourage healing.  Gloria practices a vegetarian life style, respecting all forms of life, allowing this awareness to create a peaceful massage session.  Lic.
